Knitted ballerina legwarmers

I was in search of a quick legwarmers project, as I fear my ankles won't survive the holidays' dresscode, and found this pattern on a french blog, Une souris sur le fil ; the legwarmers have the perfect pooling effect to wear over pumps or low boots.

I used only one ball of yarn (50g, 104m, in a discontinued Phildar yarn) and knitted with #5 needles. And most importantly, it took only two evenings.
